THA Park Ecovillage
Findhorn Ltd
THA is the acronym for the Titleholders Association. We are a company limited by guarantee and our purpose is to take responsibility for common parts of The Park Ecovillage.
The THA is registered as a factor; it manages common land in and around residential properties and follows a code of conduct.
The Park Ecovillage Findhorn is a private estate. That means that Moray Council doesn’t pay for our roads, street lights, water supply, sewage etc. So we need to take care of those ourselves.
What?
THA takes responsibility for certain parts of the roads, water supply, sewage, street lighting, road signs, parking, and part of the landscaping. Read more about what THA does in the About Us section.
Who?
All titleholders - people or organisations who own one or more titles to the land in The Park Ecovillage - are members of the company. They pay a fee called Hoco to the THA. Four times a year there are member’s meetings. These meetings keep the membership informed and members are asked to vote when needed and approve the budget.
How?
The THA has a Board of Directors. They focus on long term finance, legal and constitutional strategy, and development. The day-to-day operational management is done by the THA Committee. If you have any questions, please use our contact form.
The THA has two subgroups
Park Planning Group PPG
The Park PlanningGroup is responsible for planning applications from Park residents. Read more here about what actions require applications to PPG.
The Land Sales Group
