Buying a property in The Park Ecovillage, Findhorn
If you are interested in buying (or building) a house here in The Park Ecovillage, we assume you are doing so because you wish to participate actively in the community. You are applying to join an established community and all buyers need to be willing and able to support the spiritual vision and ecological purpose of this centre.
All serious prospective buyers need to complete and return the THA application form which asks them to provide information about themselves and their reasons for wanting to live here. They need to pay a processing fee of £75.
The Park Ecovillage functions within a culture of shared responsibility. It is important that everyone who lives here contributes in whatever way they can, by volunteering, offering support, donating financially, participating in decision-making discussions or social activities, to name a few.

Selling Property in The Park Ecovillage, Findhorn
If you're planning to sell your property at The Park you will need to inform the THA Land Sales manager Cally Fulton. She will walk you through the process and make sure you have all the documentation. You can reach her via our contact form.
NB: when a potential buyer shows up, the seller has responsibilities, even though you have engaged an estate agent. It is your job to send Park related documentation to the potential buyer.
Land Sales Group
The Land Sales Group approves the buyer by issuing a Land & House Sales Form which will be passed to you for signing. The group has representatives from Findhorn Foundation (FF), New Findhorn Association (NFA) and New Findhorn Directions (NFD).
